The days are slower than before. God is closer than before. A solitude place is our home. Thank God, But we have best technology these days. We can listen to the music right away. We can read the electronics books without hesitation on our smart devices ( as much as i love paper book).
Singing
The best thing i could ever do in the quarantine time, Sing a worship song in the morning , Do a quick run in the afternoon and rest for the evening. I was singing ” Is He Worthy? by Chris Tomlin and I offer my life by Don Moen “. Let’s listen together those.

Running
To be honest my main hobby was not running ( may it won’t be after virus released ). My main sport is football and it will be and it is in my DNA 😁 indeed. If you put me between dating and footbaling which one you choose , i’ll go to football . I know i know. don’t judge me – it is not that extreme. It is one of my passion. So… RUNNING. I forgot! I am talking about running. I am taking one year my running habit serious. I mean at least 2-3 times a week. Interestingly, I found it fun. Especially after finishing the run; The sweating part!!! I know but when you stopped the run , you feel so much fresh- I like that freshness part.
I managed to run 7.6 run today. Can you believe it? + An extra 2km walking distance. So good. So sweaaaat !
If you haven’t run before , maybe this is the time for you now! start with joggling. I encourage you do it and comment me how was your run.
What are you going to do today?
Resting
After a long day , I’ve got to rest and relax ! I’ve done my singing , I’ve done my run, now time to read a book and write some words and take a small meal ! As God after 6 days work rested ! I’ve rested! You feel some contentment. A joy of success mission : ). Now i am going beautifully sleep after God given rest for today.

Some people dont like it! I didn’t like it first but I urged my body to do it:) start with a very slow pace and distance, 2km? Or just run with a friend ( If it possible these days).

I tried to do the first option but it just did not appeal to me. I like other types of workouts. Or I can also try to run with someone. That is a good one too.

Some people dont like it ! As I said the best is run for a short distance – 2 km ? Start to run with a friend will motivate you most.
