We all want to be praised for our good job , not because of we need it only . It is our nature that for every aspect of our life someone give us a clap for it. It is not a bad thing at all. But what is heart behind?
God does not want us to go 90 kilometres run but our body can handle only 10 kilometres . In a similar way He does not want us to be and act like another person, who created you , created you unique and special. Everyone has own race to run.
But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” 1 Samuel 16 : 7
God look at the heart. Not appearance . Not statute . Not title , Not position. Oh my friend believe me He does not look at what job you are in, Yes He cares But He looks what motivates you.
God loves who you are right now. He does not call you to change He calls you to back home. He wants to show his beautiful and marvels heavenly things. Come and be yourself. Leave others people opinion , come to Him and Cry out to his feet.
He is not looking for followers , He makes you in Love with Him. When God’s nature comes your way , you will really realise who you are. Your identity will be found in Him. You are , who you are. When you come to Him , God wants you Not others. You need to look and smell like your own self not others.
Be crazy about yourself, Be comfortable who you are. You are not living on others people opinion. Remember what Paul says :
“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. ” Galatians 2 : 20
Now Christ lives in You. Now you are living by Faith in His son. Be courageous and look to the mirror and tell this is Christ who lives in me. Don’t try to be others. Your lack of everything is a point of strengthen for you to grow to flourish and to perform in a better way.
