God’s care for us is incredibly real, especially when we find ourselves really needing something. I’ve often seen His perfect timing come through in situations where I couldn’t see a way forward. It’s in those moments of genuine vulnerability that His faithfulness shines brightest, reminding us we’re not alone in our struggles.
Sometimes, a financial worry appears overwhelming, or a need for wisdom seems impossible to meet. Yet, time and again, a solution, a person, or an idea arrives precisely when it’s most required. The Bible assures us in Philippians 4:19, “And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” This promise offers such deep comfort and reassurance.
It’s not always a grand, miraculous gesture; often, it’s a quiet, gentle unfolding of circumstances. Learning to recognise these small miracles builds our confidence in His constant presence. Each instance strengthens our belief that He truly is looking out for our welfare and orchestrating things for our good. Trusting in His provision brings a unique kind of peace that frees us from the burden of constant worrying.
This perspective isn’t about avoiding hardship, but about knowing we’re upheld through it. As C.S. Lewis once wrote, “God doesn’t comfort us to make us comfortable, but to make us comforters.” We experience His grace so we can share that hope with others. His goodness is truly boundless and unfailing.

C.S. Lewis was on to something , and so are you, my encouraging brother!
God comforts us in our hard times, so that we (in Christ) may comfort others. My day is starting, it’s evening in Australia 🇦🇺, God watches over the whole earth, and beyond.🔭🪐
