Nature has a story to tell, a new fresh start, don’t delay getting into the nature

I barely could juggle my foot when I walked on a long iron-like bridge in the middle of a jungle back home. My brother used to walk on it quickly; even he had a drink or two. My older cousin always looked after him when he couldn’t keep himself straight for a moment. We used to go out for a nature day call; every family gathered and celebrated and have a meal in the middle of nature and being together; I loved it, because there was such power when we gathered as family.
I have always loved nature, don’t make me wrong, everyone loves nature; I am very connected to it and understand the fresh smell of wild strawberries. Maybe spending time in nature in my hometown was why my love grew in being there. I learned the power of the family and how it is essential to be bound together. Nature taught me well.
Back to our reality, As I walked through nature in Australia, I remembered how faithful is God. I came a long way, I came from an anonymous past to a known-now present with a new identity which something makes me: me, who God loves. I took the below photos with a view of a new fresh start. It will inspire you and it warmed my heart :

Have a plan to go in nature, walk and enjoy the fresh air, and hear the sound of it. What will you learn? Stillness, kindness.

Let God do the Miracle for You, You just be IN it

There is another fascinated story in the Bible, right in the first King book. Please don’t go anywhere, Because we are going deep down of it and learn some lessons, which hopefully would be beneficial for us. Give your full attention and read through the below lines, of course, you are allowed to take a cup of tea and enjoy the reading 🙂

There is no other story in the Bible that a prophet or someone can stop the rain except Elijah, and he is from Tishbe in Gilead. Tishbe was in today’s Jorden country, and throughout Jordan, temperatures rise to 30 and even worse, the south of the Jorden can reach as high as 37 to 40 degrees Celsius. God took an excellent initiative step and suggested Elijah go across the Jordan river where the Cherith Creek is, Jordan valley, as bibleatlas.org brought us the map. Elijah was so familiar with the area, he stayed there, and God fed him by ravens, day and night. God prepared the most needed item for Elijah, Water from the creek and food for above.

King Ahab and his commanders are looking for Elijah. The rain stops pouring to the country of Jordan; as a result, only Elijah have the king-key of praying to the Living and loving Lord to have mercy upon, that the rain would resume. The sweetness of the creek was good till that dried up also. Elijah looked around; it was dry and waterless. And it was time to get direction; His soul was on fire, The Living Lord sent him, He was sure about everything. As he was in prayer, the Lord spoke to him again to move to the town of Zarephath.
“Would you please bring me a cup of water?” Elijah asked a widow near the town centre. God already prepared the way for Elijah; God spoke to a widow beforehand to give him food. The very unusual thing is here: the widow herself didn’t have any food left except a handful of flour and a little olive oil. God didn’t choose a rich man or woman to help Elijah. He is the God of miracle behind the miracle, glory behind the glory; nothing can stop the living God, for his plan and porpuses are greater. He chooses the weakest; he chooses the unwanted; he chooses those who starve to death; he chooses the outcasted ones- they are the real deal for God, those who don’t have anything to offer Him.

"Everything will be fine," Elijah said.

How can it be? Runaway from home, the King and others are looking for him and thirsty for the water at the foreign town asking a widow to give him a cup of water.
This is the same question we might ask God. We see ourselves in the struggles – not ending, the finance problem, the family issue, the health struggle, all are coming towards fast, without delay, and we are reaching to the point of “really God? Where are you?” All those obstacles seem real and legitimate, but God is greater than any difficulties we may face today and tomorrow. Elijah had confidence in this because he believed his living God was a provider, unknown future? Maybe. Known God? Definitely.

Elijah had security in his heart that the living God would look after him; it does not matter where we would be or what situation we are stuck in; he is there- ready to provide.

With a handful of flour and a little bit of olive oil- a miracle will be there; the widow and her son never ran out of it. Do our flour and oil need a miracle? Do we need a talent? never.
We are chosen already- our job is to be in the miracle, available as a sun in the sky.

“You are God’s prophet!” the woman replied. “Now I know that you really do speak for the Lord.” ( 1 Kings 17: 24 )

What are we waiting for God to do for us? I am waiting for something; everyone has a waiting list of things that He only can provide. Offer them to God – let him do the miracle for you- you just be in it.

When you hear the voice, Would you answer it?

The still small voice is within you shouting to change things, even take the next small decision of your life. Would you hear that voice? Or the million voices out there, taking the authentic voice right away from you. We all have fake voices in our life, which are not from “the still small voice “, they steal our identity, they steal our time, they steal our braveness and boldness. We need that kind of confidence that everyone boasts for it.

That is where Jesus calls: "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock."

Where would we be without Jesus? How can I know the true voice of the Holy Spirit within me? The secret is opening the door to Jesus.

Perhaps, The best decision we can make is, back to the first love of God. As a young person in the 21 century, I need to live a life that honours God, who I am, and my plan on earth as a lover of God.

People have their plan, ambition and love; We receive all those from above-directly from Father’s hands.

Two things I am trying to learn: How to love God? And How to love his people? Both are hard to accomplish but possible! and Three things I need to gain more, Who God is? Who am I ? and What is eternity?

I guess – All, we can learn and grow by listing to the Holy Spirit. He teaches us about the Father’s plan; I am still a baby- learning how to walk, how to eat – but by his grace and Jesus’ blood, we can get closer to Him.

Where the still small voice led you? How did he heal you? What did he teach you?

A Prayer for the World

A prayer for the world-to the King , Most High.

By all means, this is a prayer for your world.

Father, you have created a perfect world. Lord, we messed up and gone on our ways. We did not listen to you. We did not follow you; we followed the philosophy of your people; instead of you, we let people take the free will from your land and bound us with the earthly things. I am here to pray for myself first, Lord, because I am your world; that is why you died on the cross.” God loved the world;” God loved me – a sinner that I can be free of all this chaos. Do you listen to the news, Father? Do you have a TV in heaven? Father, do you watch soccer? We use kindle to read the Bible these days; the people you created found a way to travel the space, to the moon. The gap between rich and poor getting wider and wider, the percentage of hunger’s people are as many as 811 million. Father, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. As you will rest in heaven, please have your peace among us, peace for the countries currently at war, peace for our nation, peace for our cities, peace for our streets. Lord, we did wrong, but you haven’t given upon us. You don’t want our praise; you don’t want our gifts and abilities; all you want is us. We turn to you, where our restless hearts can have joy, where our minds can sleep like a baby. Let people know how much you love them. Power? You got it all. Money? You got all the wealth. Wisdom? You are the source of it.

You are the Spirit; we are the flesh. We come and go, but you stay forever; we pray for the world and the world around us.

Teach us how to love you? Teach us to be just to people and do the right according to your will. We are here at the station of prayer. Let this be a bridge and reach to your ears. The global issue is on us- rescue us from our intelligence. We need your knowledge; our brain is limited – but your is – oh God, eternal and unlimited source of everything. We are in urgent need of you, it is the same urgent gathering of the upper room of your disciples that day. And your Church, evolving in the story, don’t let them make it like the world; it is better to be like YOU, Yahwah, my God my Lord. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Remember the women, the children, and the aged people, who will shelter the weak without you? Your protection is most needed.

The world needs you. Be an umbrella of hope for many who put their trust in you.

Father, Let me do my part of help to my brother, my sister, an unknown and guest person, a broken who needs healing. Soften my heart for a reason of living for others. Let me plant kindness and forgiveness in my farm’s land. Where is my farm’s land? It is where I live. I know Father, you read this letter of my heart; if not, someone will hand you this, where I rejoice that time, because the King, Most High heard me.

This prayer is not only my cry but my friends, my neighbour, my city and the nations. In your Son Jesus Name. Amen.

Three things we need to hold firm till the end

We all have something to hold on to; something can help us in our time of need. Being in control of our lives is in our human nature, but most of us forget about the victory part of our lives, including the failing segment, making the victorious wheel. But we don’t lose hope; we get up and start again with all the burden of the world. As the Bible says, ” And we are God’s house if we keep our courage and remain confident in our hope in Christ.” Hebrews 3:6b.

The three below are we need to hold them firm till the end. They are a vital part of our lives, and we need constantly remind them in our daily walk with Jesus. Let at least try and practice them.

1- Bold Confidence

This might be defined as ‘complete trust and assurance. “ If you have confidence in someone, you feel that you can trust them, and you feel sure about your abilities, qualities, or ideas.”- Dictionary.com defined. Our bold confidence in Christ is more than any definition in any dictionary; It is heavenly confidence that can take you in a place of total security. But, this does not mean out of space; it is here in our hearts where Christ lives forever.

2-The rejoicing of the Hope in Christ

Saint Paul said, “rejoice in the Lord always,” King David said, “rejoice.” Rejoicing is the choice, a choice that willingly comes from a glad heart. Jesus saved us from our sinful world; He died on the cross and rose from the grave. Now, we don’t need to sacrifice animals to wash our sins. And all our mistakes and disobedience has been washed in the Blood of the Lamb. These are some of the reasons we can rejoice in the Lord. Merely our rejoicing is in His presence, and perhaps our main gladness is in Jesus himself.

3-Trust

” If you trust someone, you believe that they are honest and sincere and will not deliberately do anything to harm you.” Dictionary.com defines. I am not here to preach about trust; I am 100% sure you heard lots of the time about how crucial it is to trust Jesus. Typically, we trust those near us, right? Like our parents, our brothers, our sisters… If we know how to trust humans, then we should learn to trust God. There are heaps of verses in the Bible to encourage us to trust in the Lord. You are blessed when you trust him; let us remember our feelings comes and goes, but keep trusting God is such a delight treatment to our souls. ” Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. ” Proverbs 3:5.

So, All three above gives you peace, and they are the branches of other noble, just and right things. Prepare your heart, mind and body for it—the above list required closeness to the Lord. Make time. Make it happen, and all will be as natural and not hard to do them.

Friend, have you been blessed today? Can you share this with someone? Can you reblog this post? You are loved, And I am glad you are here.

Fill your stomach with Truth and eat the word of God

” Fill your stomach with this,” he said.

And when I ate it, it tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth. {Ezekiel 3 : 3]

How can we eat the word of God? No, I am not saying ‘break’ it; I am saying how to ‘ eat them’. The thought of eating the word of Truth dropped in my soul last night. Believe it or not, I was repeating Ezekiel 3 without knowing it – as a result, I searched the Bible to find the verse talks about eating the word. Here we go:

The voice said to me, “Son of man, eat what I am giving you-eat this scroll! Then go and give its message to the people of Israel.” [Ezekiel 3:1]

We are filling our stomachs with a lot of things during our lifetime. One thing, God is asking us today to be filled with His Word and Truth. Eating the Truth means eating Jesus’s body and drinking His Blood. Let no men lie to you.

He broke the bread, gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.” Jesus said. There is eternal life offered to us with eating Jesus and drinking his precious Blood. Let’s see how can we eat; we talked about it is crucial to have a fest of Truth. The below are some of the examples of filling our stomachs with Truth:

1- Walking with Jesus

2- Reading the Bible

3- Memorise and eat the verses daily

3- Communion and fellowship with believers

4- Praying ( in times of need and not time of need/ all the time)

5- Talking with Jesus

6- Be with Jesus add Listen to the Holy Spirit

7- Give all our mind, heart and soul to Him

Eating Jesus means being present actively with Him and intentionally thank him for his Truth within us. Of course, that comes with trusting that what we eat will heal us whole, and that is why drinking his Blood will wash our sinful Blood and make it pure as it goes through our veins. Our cells enjoy it, our mind appreciates it, our hearts are glad in it, and our soul is dancing with it. ” Son of man, eat what I am giving you- eat this scroll!!” Some thinking, this is a magic food, some others thinking is unreal. And they fill their stomachs with other junk stuff of this world. We had enough to be filled with the lies of enemies—enough travelling in the desert without water. We read and listen to the word of Truth now. We eat them and enjoy having everlasting life with Jesus. Carrying the Truth is our goal; this is our purpose. I mark today as a new generation’s army to fill my whole with the Truth of Christ, my saviour.

Love is Home by George MacDonald

A poem by George MacDonald, Love is Home

Love is the part, and love is the whole;
    Love is the robe, and love is the pall;
Ruler of heart and brain and soul,
Love is the lord and the slave of all!
I thank thee, Love, that thou lov’st me;
I thank thee more that I love thee.

Love is the rain, and love is the air,
    Love is the earth that holdeth fast;
Love is the root that is buried there,

Love is the open flower at last!
I thank thee, Love all round about,
That the eyes of my love are looking out.

Love is the sun, and love is the sea;
   Love is the tide that comes and goes;
Flowing and flowing it comes to me;
Ebbing and ebbing to thee it flows!
Oh my sun, and my wind, and tide!
My sea, and my shore, and all beside!

Light, oh light that art by showing;
    Wind, oh wind that liv’st by motion;
Thought, oh thought that art by knowing;
Will, that art born in self-devotion!
Love is you, though not all of you know it;
Ye are not love, yet ye always show it!

Faithful creator, heart-longed-for father,
    Home of our heart-infolded brother,
Home to thee all thy glories gather-
All are thy love, and there is no other!
O Love-at-rest, we loves that roam-
Home unto thee, we are coming home!

Do life, have Faith

I’ve run more this year, even more than last year; the coronavirus pushed me to be active more and get out of the house to have an exercise. It is not too bad, and I broke my whole time record of running for 190km a month. If all people know the value of physical activity – they all do some to improve their life. The Bible also talks about physical activity, but a ‘ Spiritual Sport’ would also benefit. There is no such comparison here- all are needed; both keep you fresh and revive and prepare you for the days ahead, whatever you may face.

Okay, I love that everyone knows how much exercise they need to keep them a level up. Others can guide you through measuring things worldly, but ultimately, you decide how long you could go.

We can use the measure to improve our lives and make us better, don’t be limited to it.

We can address the things in this world, believe the unseen things(in Christ), set our faith in the right path, and see how things will change if we do life and have faith.

My running journey started very slow, and I found it enjoyable to run after or before work; there is no such paltry joy but a solid-valid one. As I mentioned, two things are crucial to us: our spiritual body and the second is our physical body. We need to balance both in us, appraise our status, and see which work more. Praise and practice work hand in hand to make us strong human beings. We know that our true identity is not from this world and not the things of it. Our ‘Spiritual Sport’ helps us be ready for the unusual incident in the world we live in, undersized or oversized, we are prepared to face them; with practice and patience, we know how to tackle them. Please remember that Christ came to give us a new life in Him; as we walk toward eternity, let’s do our best to keep it that way.

Spring is beautiful in Australia. As I run more around, I see more beauty, I see more bees, I see more birds singing a happy song, and I see the whisper of the newborn flowers with colourful style. I wish I had a camera that could record all this beauty and show you in a quick few minutes, But I will instead be present and witness this.

For now, let me enjoy this spring season with running and writing. We are heading toward the warm season soon, and I feel it.

And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.[Philipians 4: 19], both your spiritual needs and physical needs.

How can we ‘love God’ in the world of technology?

As a new generation person, I know one thing for sure, technology is a part of my daily life. Perhaps, I’m writing this post from a small device called a smartphone. I can access millions of information in a second. I can buy books, and I can order food with the same smart device. The majority of us got some intelligent device in our pocket, in the office or in the house.

We are a generation of technology, we like to use them, and we don’t want to be behind.

Many brave and intelligent Christians try to inject Christian manners into this technology; they are innovating a new approach. There are applications for our daily devotions, and reasonably, I am using one of them called the Bible App. We are inseparable from it, and It seems the world we live in loves it. With all the great and easy, comfortable life brings with it, that takes significant distractions – This new approach of our life wants to eat our time with a lovable favour from us, How can we love God more when there is no time apart from our technology? The Church, Ministers and other Christian institutes need to make a new practical step to tackle; being a friend of technology alone is not enough to conquer our ways to the Glory. The world needs solid Christian believers – with or without technology. Our world has enough celebrities. God knows how his gospel spread throughout the world; we don’t need to prove to God that “hey God, I have millions of followers now, if you don’t use me, you lose something”. Sorry, That is not God’s way.

God wants to love Him, for Who He is. We can be humble and righteously use the technology; I am one of those trying to make that happen time and time again, and I know with God’s help, I can love God more than my technology.

God saved us for such a time of this. We love technology, but we need to find a way, step aside and fist our empty hands for prayer like first-century Christians. You can’t lift your hands when they are busy. The below might be a good idea for us:

1- Download a bible app

2- Stay aside from our devices for a while

3- Switch our mobile phone to flight mode when you do prayer

4- Stimulate first-century Christian by prayer and gathering

5- Focus on God

Billy Graham on technology and faith’s talk by TED.com in 2008 mentioned three problems humankind is facing and no one could fix, human evils, suffering, and death. How do we change men? The Bible says the problem is within us – Which God can fix it only. He added, “The problem is not technology – the problem is the person is using it.”

Robots, satellites, Iron man, travelling to the moon and another planet won’t fix the problem of humankind within; only God can.

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6.

May the truth of Jesus Christ frees us from all the distractions around that we can indeed go to Him.

Shifting our views will change us and the atmosphere

Anybody can enter God’s Kingdom; His Kingdom is not locked. There is a willingness, and there is a ‘pursue’ in heart to enter. The door may be narrow, but the place is vast and excellent when we enter and win it. This Kingdom is what Saint John said. There is no tear, no cry, no sadness, but hope and everlasting joy- A bright future of love and patience where Jesus himself is the sun.

People are looking for something to hold on; something can do or change their life. We are merely unable to change our destiny, but we can live today; we can believe and trust in God, who is unknown to many. A glimpse of new earth and heaven, showing like a star at night to us. Do we need invisible eyes to see them? Do we need to fly to have an overall perspective of things around us? Both- eyes and wings are given to us by Him- who created us. I wonder, how many of us using those eyes and wings? I am in awe of ‘shifting our views’ and how it will change our atmosphere. When your whole being shift for good- you are a good character who accepts the change, you are willing to grab the kingdom character, which not so many enthusiastic about.

If you only move the frame of your view, imagine what a great perspective it would be.

You are a carrier of peace within you, and you are a ‘shifter.’ In natural speaking, you know how to change the atmosphere and win the soul. Jesus was a ‘shifter’- He shifted people’s views and pointed them out to heaven’s kingdom. Here is a thing for you: How many people’s views are you ‘shifting’ for Jesus? You ‘shift’- you move, you love and endure. There are many ‘shifters’ in the Bible like Paul, John, Peter, Moses, Esther… And You and me. We are ‘shifters.’ Then, at what cost, we are ready to turn and see the picture of our faith in the way of love and respect, without judging and complaint. God created us for the greater good, to run and win the trophies together as a community. I was thinking about this: If I can not change my worldview or love the unlovable, how can I grow in my faith and character. I learnt that even forgiving might be hard as hell, but let it go in the safe arm of Jesus- where I can rest peacefully. Shifting our view is like a change our prayers way; it is like ” God, I received my answer, thanks for showing me the way” rather than ” God, why you haven’t answered me yet?”. Don’t get me wrong, waiting upon God is fantastic, but we need to broaden our views, held our heads up, like soldiers, stand firm and strong in the middle of the battle.
What things can you do to shift your views?

Search me , O God

There is one thing I am asking God today: S E A R C H ME

Declare the below prayer over your situation, He is with you, wherever you are. You are loved.

Oh God, I need your presence, fill me with your loving love, that I can sing a new song, pure my mouth that I can praise you with a shout of joy. No Lord, I don’t wish you to search me – I want you to search me, cleanse me, fire me with your love. I am not listening to the enemy, I’m here to pour out my heart, on my knees, I look to you God, to YOU. Have you forgotten your loved ones? No Lord, I repeat your promises in my life again and again- this is enough. Your promises holding me Lord, your care look after me, It’s okay I may be in trouble, I am walking through it with your hands. I am changed because of you, not because of the time, not because of the others – it is all because of You Lord, Yahweh. Thank You. You picked me out of trouble, and I am on a hill of light, with you. I praise you. Search me…

Spiritual EXCITEMENT

Spiritual excitement is a heart of a believer. Every time we make a decision in our life, we go to him, asking for a sign, asking for help, asking for guidance. We go with excitement and joy that God of all universe have heard us; it is true; indeed, He hears and cares. My question for us would be this, are we pouring our hearts when we speak to him? When we worship and call upon the name of Jesus. Indeed, He answers our prayers.
Are we excited when we go to prayer? Are we excited when the church time comes, and we are ready to hear the word of God from his nominated speaker? I have listened to many sermons and preaching throughout my walk in faith. I confess I didn’t go with an exciting spirit, many of them. But, I did show up as a sign of – God, “I am still here – I am not 100% present, but I know you know well.”
Let your heart rejoice with hymns of heaven. There is no need to do something for God to be accepted; he loves you like how he created you. Good deeds are great, helping someone is awesome, bringing word of encouragement are perfect in place but are we thirsty for Jesus? Are we excited to be in his presence?

I’ll leave it to us to discover his beauty by prayer and songs. And give us a new spiritual excitement in him.

Christ is all that matters

He lives in us. He lives in all of us. It is the true meaning of living – means not the things of the world means not be black or white, means not to be grown on in a specific type of family. You can be famous and be the wealthiest person on earth still not let Christ lives in you. The journey of life may take you to places you may not like. Let’s think about what is the matter in our life? Paul says, ” Christ is all that matters “. If Christ is my whole life and He alone lives in me, then other things are in second.

We don’t need to put those agendas in life that do not fit in the kingdom of God. I know they may seem necessary; they indeed look significant, but pause a minute and think – is this worth it? Is it matter?

Please put on your new nature and be renewed as you learn to know your Creator and become like him.

Colossians 3:10 NLT

The matter is to know Jesus.

The matter is to know our Creator and become like him.

The matter is left the old things and wear the new nature.

Most of us are still on the old nature; we do not want to change. Because humankind does not like change, we are afraid of new and unknown things. Like a child afraid of walking for the very first time, like a person learning how to swim in the deep water – We, as his creation, need to learn how to trust Him.

What is the cost to become like Him? How can we learn to know him?

It all depends on us, and Christ is there, Christ willing to give His all that we can know Him better, as He did it once on the cross for all that we can live in Him.

I want to put the new nature, and I want to be renewed, my mind, life, and whole being. My friend, I am here to say, Let Christ lives in you, I know all of us living in a brutal world; there are so many challenges. The matter is not how difficult is our world; the matter is where Christ lives in our world.

Christ is all the matters.

Seven Victories we have in Christ, The Heavens REJOICING with us

Seven victories we have in Christ – The Heavens rejoicing with us.

We are victorious in Christ; We won the crown of life because of Him. The bread of life gives new hope to our broken world. Most of us want to win; I mean, who doesn’t want to win? Everyone targeting the gold medal in an Olympic game – are we targeting gold in our spiritual race? In a life full of competition – and challenges- Jesus saying ” You are mine, and forever belongs to me “.

Some of the challenges we are facing in life:

Challange of health

Challenge of financial

Challange of spiritual

Challange of faith

Challange of marriage

Challange of family

Challange of study

Challange of work

You name any challenges, diseases, or anything that brings us down – do not worry – Jesus has already given us Victory. We may face those challenges as humans – indeed, we need to face them, not escape them! So write down your challenges on a paper- write all of them. They may not be those I mentioned above- note whatever you are experiencing and keeps you slow to move. Lay it down the paper inside your Bible. Start to declare the seven below Victory over each challenge.

Jesus said:” Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.” [ Revelation 1: 17 ]

1- The Victory of to eat from the tree of life, which is the paradise of God

To eat a tree which is life, A forever life? That would be a dream come true. This Victory is mine because of Jesus- if I obey and stay endured till the end. I repent and do the things I did at first, to love God with whole my heart. This Victory is the paradise of God, as John described in his writings in the book of revelations.

2- The Victory of a new name, a white stone and the hidden manna

There are three victories in this one for you.

I am going to have a new name. I am going to receive a white stone. I am receiving the hidden manna. It does not matter what the challenge is; God gave me a new name. The old broken of me will be out, and the new of me will be born. A white stone means you are forgiven, and the blood of Jesus wipes your sins. The hidden manna – Jesus himself will be yours. And nothing compares when Jesus is yours, your sins are wiped with a new name given to you- what else do you want?

But this is not stopping here- you got more victories ahead.

3- The Victory of the morning star

Bright and light – Like Jesus himself- as you reign with Jesus – He gives you authority as Jesus received from the Father. Your Victory continues to flourish if you do his will to the end. This time the morning star is yours. The son of God – gave Himself as the morning star without a doubt. When you have this Victory – you can have joy in you that there is no challenge of today or tomorrow will stand. Instead, you won the race and the life; you are the morning star- nothing like our broken language can define this. Write off one challenge and write it down this: “I am the morning star- belongs to Jesus.”

4- The Victory of dressing in white, name on the book of life

You are a bride – dressed in white- clean and beautiful, fresh for a new life with him. You will walk with the heavenly groom – Jesus, the lamb of God. What an honour – what a privilege! What a tremendous victory we have in him? Wow- we are the bride of Jesus. Oooof, our name is written in the book of life. I am not sure – if this does not bring you joy, what else would?

5- The Victory of a pillar in the temple of God

You are a pillar in the temple of the living God. You are his only one. Keep the house of the Lord firm because he trusts you. Tell to the challenge: ” I am the pillar of my most high God.” You are planted firmly in the house of the Lord for His purposes. Noting can move you around, not the memory of the past and not the event of today or tomorrow.

6-The Victory of reigning with Jesus

As we continue to seek and obey the Lord till the end, Jesus has given us a victory to sit with him on his throne. There is a space for you. There is a throne for you. There is a reigning with Jesus waiting for you. No need to struggle – we are the heir of Jesus. This short time on earth prepares me to reign with Him- have this joy in your heart. I’ve got my Victory in Him.

7-The Victory of receiving the crown of life/ saved by His Grace

The crown life is not easy to have- or by definition, buying it cheap from somewhere! The heavenly Father gave this crown to His people. In an Olympic game, athletes bring their best to win the Gold medal. I saw they were crying when they won the Gold medal- many years of practice and discipline got them there to show the world – now they are the best. How much we need to be glad – when we won the crown of life in heaven! You do your best- you do prayer, you do whatever you can to win it. Put it in perspective – see things by faith, no sight. Love yours and the people around you, be kind to yours and anyone you are facing in your life. See good things in others and let your word and action be as clear as day.

******

The journey seems challenging and complicated – we have a life on earth to do. By knowing that you are a winner, still, you are waiting to receive the trophy.

The attribute of a winner is listed below:

1- Be strong in the face of challenges

2- Have endurance in the face of the unknown

3- Keep on believing in the broken world

4- Let Faith arises in you

5- Be full of hope

6- Let kindness overflows from you

7- Pray continually as your peace shining to others, inside out

8- Be Holy and seek God’s face every single day

9- Be committed and consistence

10- The Victories is yours

The Holy Bible, Book of Revelation, from apostle John

Pray for Afghanistan and Haiti

Pray for Afghanistan and Haiti.

We called to pray for anybody on earth, known and unknown, friend and enemy, pressed and persecuted, cities and countries!

We are heartbroken by the news of Afghanistan. And our hearts go for those who died in natural causes in Haiti. Would you keep the chain of prayer with me to have faith and pray for these two countries?
I am particularly urging my fellow blogger and followers to pray for the people in Afghanistan and Haiti.

For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: The expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.”
Psalm 9:18 KJV

I know and believe in my heart God of heaven and earth – the most high God will hear us – as we call upon him.

Pray for Haiti
Pray for Afghanistan

Would you add this to your private prayer?

Father God – Thank you for your holiness, Thanks that you always hear us. We praise you for who you are – we are all grateful for your presence. Lord, We need you more than before- we need your hands; we pray for people in Afghanistan, particularly Christians whose lives are in danger. We pray for people in Haiti who lost their loved ones and need your comfort, Lord. We pray for protection; we pray for wisdom; we pray for peace. Lord, no one is like you. You are a good father that we can trust. Let your love be known. I praise you and give you all glory. Amen.

How can you be in the world of chaos? Can you be like Jesus? Can you be in Peace? Can you be in Love?

It was two years ago – we’ve been free of restriction—the world with no wild Covid-19 virus was at least freedom. We could go to Church, and We could go to our schools and workplaces. We could go to restaurants. Now, we almost forget about how and when was the last time we gather as a community!

Let’s turn off those voices and see what and how can we be like in the chaotic world?

If Jesus was here now- what he would do? Was he able to move around the city by city and preach the gospel of the kingdom of God?

How can be in this world of unbelief? Everyone looking for their benefit. A country is taking over and goes in a completely wrong direction. The distance is getting more and more between families. How can one be the agent of peace in the world of chaos?

Being Jesus on earth:

The very step of every human is to be like Jesus. Being like Jesus means to obey what he commands. There is no religious mask over a like-Jesus person. There is no double-minded here and there. They are not perfect but trying to be like Jesus. They are quick confessers and know others win the race is essential, and in the meantime, they keep their race in the eyes of Jesus. They know nothing can satisfy their thirsty souls but Jesus himself. They are living water that flows on drylands on earth. Everyone enjoys their company. They give Love and no expectation to return. They are kind and intelligent – stay alert to destroy the scheme of the enemies. Do you want to be like Jesus on earth?

Jesus said: ” Remain in me as I remain in you.” [John 15:4 ]

Being in Peace with:

If you are in Jesus – then you are the source of peace. You are the agent of peace; everyone wants to know what is the secret of your heart. They watch you secretly and learn from you- the way you speak attracts people and gives the audience wisdom and peace. You are in the centre of God’s will; it seems you are in the right place with the right people at the right time. You are content with your soul. You don’t look for answers; you are the answer! Because Jesus himself is in you. Peace beyond human understanding is in and with you. The only things that come and go into your heart are Light, Love, and Peace. So, you are at peace with everyone everywhere and yourself!

“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts.” [Colossians 3:15]

Being in Love with:

Love is not the four letters anymore. It is Love in the act. It is not a private love, but it is public – for everyone. It is for the family, friends, neighbour and nation and any race and tribe. Love does not know the colour! The only thing Love knows – it is softening and changing the hearts! If you are in Love with God – indeed in the right way through Jesus and peace is in you. Love keeps things in peace and changes destiny for the better. Love hold marriages stronger and turn a troubled teen into a loving child for the parents; Love does not know the borders. There is no limitation.

” Love must be sincere.” [ Romans 12: 9 ]

What is your solution ? What quality can you offer to our broken world?

Jonah’s Prayer, oh Lord I call you

If you read my previous post about Jonah’s story, you will see the centre of Jonah’s short mission is a powerful prayer!

He stuck in a giant whale’s belly! Sooner or later, he would be conscious, lack oxygen, and other facts will shut his body down. But, He trusts his God again and prefers to spend his last breath praying.

And He started to say:

” In my distress, oh Lord, I called you.”

If you are inside a fish and there is no way out! Back to Him and start to confess, begin to believe again – put away all your points of pride and wear the humble cloth before the Lord. There, right there – it is a new beginning.

” And you answered me.”

Hallelujah: There is a living hope for you and me. There is a new morning for us.

Oh – All His mighty power will protect us. If you are deep in the world- he hears you, as he heard Jonah. God moves you from the world of the dead to the world of the living. It does not matter how deep we are stuck – He overcomes it – He will open a door. He will rescue us.

As we continue to confess, all strongholds will fall- Jesus will break all chains. Your story is great friend, The measure of this world does not define you. That is where was the point of understanding for Jonah – Inside a fish. You might need time like Jonah. You may spend time inside the fish, But I believe God’s story is significant than any other thing in your life. You are not dead! Let these dead bones sing a new song for the Living Lord.

” When I felt my life slipping away” Jonah 2:7a

” Then, O Lord, I prayed to you” Jonah 2:7b

Let this prayer of us be a pleasing alter for the Lord. Let these carnal lips of us singlet it rain. The rain of the Holy Spirit can make fresh our souls for His kingdom.

” But I will sing praise to you” Jonah 2:9

All the earth will proclaim his righteousness. All the world – All the universe sing a new song to ” I AM “- Hallelujah.

” Then the Lord ordered the fish to spit Jonah up on the beach,

and IT DID” Jonah 2:10

He will order all the earth for your favour. For your freedom, nothing will stop Him. He is running to You. Are we ready to come back home, my friend?

Three Questions God Asked Jonah that Can Applies to Ours

Jonah’s life is an interesting one; We read a portion of his mission to Nineveh. In a couple of days ahead, I will share more about his life and other chapters with you. for now, we go straight to chapter 4 of Jonah.
Let me start by enlightening us. Jonah’s book is full of questions. Start with a question and end with a question. Interesting! Isn’t it?
In my paraphrasing: ” God said to Jonah: Would you go for me to Nineveh’s city? ” And ending with ” Am I not right to forgive the people? “

So, let’s see what the three burning questions God said to Jonah in chapter 4?
1- What right do you have to be angry?
2- What right do you have to be angry about the plant?
3- How much more, then, should I have pity on Nineveh, that great city. After all, it has more than 120,000 innocent children in it, as well as many animals!?

If you read the book of Jonah, you see Jonah was a stubborn person. He did not want to go to a place that God said him to go. He just runs away like a teenage boy. But, there was a process, and God only knew how to deliver it to Jonah. There was a lesson. And Jonah took it hard.
We are the same, Sometimes God has given us a mission to be done, but we have millions of reasons not to do it, And then, when it turns out God was right, we become angry – Do we have right when God is right, and we become angry? Being angry is not sin itself! God has a plan for you, and God has a specific goal, designed only for YOUR LIFE. It does not matter what situation you are in right now! It does not matter what title you are carrying with you. It does not matter how it does look like our bank account every day. It all comes in our obedience to God. Question one is an answer to our circumstances.
Right when God accomplished His plan through Jonah! Jonah got out of the city – to see the wrath of God on that city. But, God had mercy and compassion toward the city as people realised the depth of their wicked ways. And God showed this by a lesson through a plant to Jonah. On a hot-dry day, Jonah enjoyed the shadow of a plant God had grown for him, and the next day the plant is gone, and Jonah complained.
In question two, I guess we can learn that ” Everything belongs to Him, the smallest and the biggest! Let God does what needs to be done. Do not complain about what God has given you and take it back from you; he is the sovereign Lord and has the best interest.

God said:” How come you are angry with a plant which grown in one day and perish the next day but not the 120000 people in my image?

What we can learn from those questions :
1- God wants our obedience (do what God said to you to do)
2- Have compassion ( even with no evidence, be compassionate toward others)
3- Trust ( trust god will be with you)
4- Our God is a God of Mercy (don’t underestimate his mercy toward everyone)

Dear friend, I am so glad you are here! Thanks for checking out my post today, I hope you are blessed. This blog is for you, and please share it with your loved ones.

Day 14 – Psalm 23

Hi Friend, Today is the last day of our 14-day immersing in God’s word devotion. If you have been with us for all 14 days of devotion – very well done to you, I trust these days been a blessing to you as it has been for me honestly. If you haven’t had a chance to join us here you go, you can read it day by day:

Day 1 – Have Hope

Day 2 – Be an example

Day 3 – MY HEART IS HAPPY

Day 4 – YOUR DOUBT = CONVICTION

Day 5 – I LOVE YOU

Day 6 – GOD IS OUR PROTECTION

Day 7 – SERVE YOURS , SERVE OTHERS = SERVING THE LIVING GOD

Day 8 – THE COUNTRY OF MOAB

Day 9 – THE COUNTRY OF MOAB / PART 2

Day 10 – GREETINGS FROM PAUL

Day 11 – CALL TO THE LORD, HEART PRAYER

Day 12 – YOU ARE AWESOME

Day 13 – TO GOD BE THE GLORY FOREVER

Day 14 – Psalm 23

Around 1000BC, It seems King David written down my heart prayer to God. When I open Psalms 23 – a whole new world opens to me. A shepherd boy from the town of Bethlehem and the youngest son of Jesse of the tribe of Judah where the prophet Samuel anointed him as the King of Israel.

” The LORD is my shepherd; I shall no want.

He Maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul:

He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:

Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:

And I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. Amen” Psalms 23

Pslams 23 – Confidently and bravely written by David. King David fought many battles; he only admitted God as his shepherd also acknowledged him as a warrior. He was not only a shepherd boy who fought and defeated Goliath – but he also softened his heart who sought His God eagerly.

When God lets you lie down on green pastures means – He looks after you, and you do not need to be worried about how do I do this, and how do I do that? God takes care of the sheep. When the sheep are thirsty- He leads them to the still and sweet waters that they can drink and their life back to them. God does not allow your bones to die because of dryness; He leads you, He found a way for you. God will open the door to you that you never expected.

He guides you in the right way. Even though you walk in the darkest places, He is with you, and you drank the living water at the still waters! And – After arriving at the still waters – He restores your soul, A rescuer came along and restored you to life. You have the Bible as your rod, and you have Faith as your staff, take them along with you- they will be your shield. God anointed you with the Holy Spirit’s oil.

So, You continue as His Goodness and Mercy will be with you every single day.

What is your task to do now? Dwelling and calming yourself in the presence of the Lord.

” I am the good shepherd..” John 10:11

Questions to ponder: Do you know your good shepherd personally? What does mean God is my shepherd?

Remember: He is a good shepherd.

Day 7 /14- Serve yours , Serve others = Serving the Living God

The only person you need to serve first is yours. If you do not know how to help yourself, you will have trouble serving others. Jesus knew how to serve the Father through the lens of serving others. We, as the body of Christ, is to love and help ourselves and others.

I have written a book called ” Serving the living God In October 2016, which you can find here. This miniature version of writing focuses on three critical matters: serving with a smile, serving with heart and serving with Him. The bible says, ” Serve each other with love.” Love is the engine of passion for giving service to others; Especially in the times of Covid.

The Christian life, Looks to the interest of others; that is the heart of Christian life. Christ served us on the Cross. The Holy Spirit is helping us. Do a favour to yours, Serve yours + Serve others = serving the Father.

Sometimes serve yourself means forgiving yourself. If God forgave you on the Cross, Can’t you forgive yourself? Look at the glorious future of God’s kingdom in the land of serving.

“Serve one another humbly in love.” Galatian 5:13

” Keep your spiritual fervour, serving the Lord.” Romans 12: 11

“In your hopeless point, you will find hope by serving others.” -Dariush Youkhaneh, Serving the Living God.

Keep running, keep pushing and keep serving. Who are you going to call/text/serve today?

I recently received a message from an old-old friend; even though I was busy in my life, He sent me a text of encouragement. He served me, and my heart brightened. Serving God is not only meant to go to the poor country, but you can also start where you live, with yours, your neighbour, your city.

“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” ( Matthew 5:16 )

Questions to ponder: What serving mean to you? Who are you going to serve this week?

Written by Dariush Youkhaneh

Friend, Thanks for reading the day seven post; I am full of Joy with your visit; please go ahead and encourage me with a warm comment. Would you mind sharing it with someone you know? Your sharing is an act of serving.

Day 6 / 14 – God is our Protection

As a human, we need essential life items like water, food, shelter, and cloth. Sometimes the human’ needs go to the top of a roof. With a quick search, we see 1.6 billion homeless people scattered across the globe. They are wandering around with a permanent place called home, all because of their various circumstances. In this world of shaky, we need assurance, security, and protection.

Apart from our physical protection, we need spiritual protection too. God can provide both – As king David says :

” God is our protection and source of strength. He is always ready to help up in the times of trouble.” ( Psalms 46:1 )

Are these ” times of trouble” means only spiritual needs? Or does it mean both physical and spiritual? For answering this question, of course, you need to see in what situation and circumstances King David was. We can apply this verse to our daily prayer and ask God to assist us with physical and spiritual needs.

If your trouble is in finance, ask God as He is always ready; If your concern is in health, ask Him to heal you as He is always there to help. If your problem is in a spiritual matter, ask Him to strengthen your faith.

So, our today’s troubles are an opportunity of being better in all aspects of our life. A strong person in the Lord face the trouble; walk up through it bravely. Our source of strength is not from the earthly source; instead, we look up for help.

Contemplate God’s strength on your life.

” God will command His angels to protect you wherever you go.” ( Psalms 91: 11)

In other words; In times of trouble, God will send his angels to protect you wherever you go. Your protection is guaranteed, and an angel is serving day and night to protect you from the enemy’s schema. You are protected.

Questions to ponder: In which area of your ” times of trouble” you need His protection? Do you believe God is your protection and source of strength?

Day 5 – I Love You

” I love you unconditionally. You are my favourite one. There is no one on earth and heaven like you for me, and You think I hacked your life because I know all details of your life, I know your name, I know your parents, your parents’ parents – I created you to be. You do ask? Who am I, Lord? You are my Child. You are my breathe who living on earth. You are my image. You are my everything. You are my salt; you are my light; you are my eyes; you are my feet; you are my heart.

I wake you up gently; My delights is in you, my Child; follow me. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. You won’t fall as I uphold you with my right hand. Come to me, and I give you rest, stay near to me; my will is yours. Learn from me; all you need is my Grace. Your soul will find peace in Me. Remain in Me, and I remain in You. I hear you when you pray. I rescue you; I have all authority. My name is ” I AM”. I made everything – seen and unseen. Do not worry; I carry you to another side safely.

My focus is on you; I give you my power to overcome the enemy. Your weakness will be melt in my passion. Oh, my little Child, I renew your strength again and again. I forgive all your wrongdoings. I wipe all your sins and make them whiter than snow, and you roar like a lion. You will fly like eagles. My plans are great; they give you hope and a future.

You know what? My passion is so much for you, and I gave you my Son Jesus. I fight for you; you need only to be still. Do not fear; I will help you. My unfailing love is for you; I give you my Spirit. Rejoice in my love; I have overcome the world. I am faithful; I remember you.

I set you free; come to me. I tell you, belief in me do not listen to the enemy. I know all your needs; I love you every day and night. Let me hug you, my Child. Stay in my arms. “

Friend, This is day 5 of 14-day immersing in God’s word. If this post blessed you, leave a comment to warm my heart again. Would you care to share? May someone need to read; how much they are loved- as you are.

Day 4- Your Doubt = Conviction

I love the Bible, and it is the source of truth. When you open it on any page, it will speak to you. You will read about all characters; in Today’s reading, we will read about those characters they doubted. That is where their strength been proved to themselves. I collected the most famous character here for you.

Some of the people in the Bile who doubted :

Thomas Doubted the Resurrection ( John 20:24-29)

Gideon ( Judges 6-8 )

Sarah and Abraham Laugh at God’s Promise

John the Baptist who was in prison and doubted Jesus

Barak ( Judges 4-5)

Jonah, who doubted God would change the heart of a city

The Scribd brought the meaning of doubt as below :

‘the word “doubt” in the Greek that is used in the Bible is pronounced distazo. The Greek dictionary defines it as ‘to waver, hesitate and the modern English dictionary says the same.’

It is a human thing, and God knows we are from dust. It seems normal to have doubt sometimes; even the prophets man and woman had a doubt/hesitate. I do not certainly support being a people of doubt as we do not want to be double-minded. The Cross and precious Blood of Jesus brought us such clarity and certainty. As we read through the Bible, the old testament people had a doubt; the new testament people had a doubt; even Jesus own’s disciple Thomas had a doubt. God loves to bring brightness into your life. If we read the whole story, God somehow turns their distazo to conviction. He wants to do it for us. If there is a doubt about our future, he wants to show another way. We can see this conviction in his promises for us.

There is hope for your future,” says the Lord” ( Jeremiah 31:17-19)

If you doubt in your heart, I am here to say give it to God, Let Him know that” God, I doubt this, can you help me understand? Can you bring clarity to this decision? “

Focus on his good things for your life; you can not settle on doubts mind but instead have a sense of Christ. That He is in control.

“Sovereign Lord, you are God! Your covenant is trustworthy, and you have promised these good things to your servant.” ( 2 Samuel 7:28)

There is no “doubt” in heaven. You are the child of heaven , then practice the goodness of the Lord on earth. If you have”doubt” , trust God that he brings conviction in your heart. God loves you and wants you to be freed

Jesus replied, “Go back and report to John what you hear and see: The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is proclaimed to the poor. Blessed is anyone who does not stumble on account of me.” Matthew 11: 4-6

Day 3- My heart is Happy

They all have been waiting – 120 of them, seeking and calling upon the name of the Lord. The coming of the Holy Spirit was so close- They expected an unexpected miracle to happen. But, suddenly, they saw all the elements; The fire and the thick smoke- they all needed this combination from heaven. They have seen Jesus after he resurrected from death several times- they thought we would see Jesus again in person! But God had another plan- The promised one was there- The Holy Spirit.

Day 3- My heart is happy /hh-high.com

Everyone’s heart got to fill with Joy unbelievably. It looked like all of 120 walking in heaven. They encountered an incredible experience as we read from the book of Acts chapter 2 verse seven; others when they saw it” they were all amazed at this “. not only that also” They were surprised, because, as the apostle was speaking, everyone heard in their own language.”

When the Holy Spirit comes into your lives – your heart fills with joy and happiness. You experience heaven on earth. The fire of the Holy Spirit changes you inside out.

” The people were all amazed and confused. They asked each other, ” What is happening? “

Great things were happening; awesome things were happening; the great and glorious day of the Lord is here. Oh, How our heart is happy. We have the comforter, the peace and the loving Holy Spirit with us always.

” David said this about him: ‘ I saw the Lord before me always; he is at my right side to keep me safe. So my heart is happy, and the words I speak are words of joy. Yes, even my body will live with hope because you will not leave me in the place of death. You will not let the body of your holy one rot in the grave. You taught me how to live. You will come close to me and give me great joy.’ Psalm 16: 8-11 ”

My dear friend, let your heart be glad, rejoice and celebrate as the holy one lives in you; the great things will happen for you; the awesome things are ahead. You are loved so much. So keep your heads held high always.

Day two – Rest

Resting our soul in the chaos of this world is the vital thing for every Christ-follower. It does not matter how crazy things are going around – you still your soul in the light of heavenly peace. No need to try the shadow of things, no need to chase the worldly things but, instead we can go to our Father in heaven presence and receive.

Jesus was in chaos, but we learn how he kept himself fresh by meeting the Father daily. Moses was tired, the heavy-duty of taking people out of slavery. The Lord said to Moses, “Get going, you and the people you brought up from the land of Egypt.”

Day two – Rest / hh-high.com

God was doing everything to take them to the rest-land. He sent His Angels before them; He promised them to be with them, a promise from the God of everything.

Now, the slight stumble of today, let not disturb you as the pillar of cloud leads your way to the land of rest. He led his Nation. Don’t you think he can lead you? You are heading to the territory of restoration.

The Lord said, “I will personally go with you, Moses, and I will give you REST- everything will be fine for you.” Exodus 33: 14 NLT

He, Himself go with you, and He gives you rest, not the kind of the rest this world gives you- short and earthly, but an everlasting one. He looks favourably on you. He knows your name- your every detail of life is known to Him. He loves you unconditionally. And His eternal rest is for you.

Moses responded, “Then show me your glorious presence.” Exodus 33:17

The Lord replied, “I will make all my goodness pass before you, and I will call out my name, Yahweh, before you. For I will show mercy to anyone I choose, and I will show compassion to anyone I choose.” Exodus 33:19

This year is the year of complete rest for you, your family, and your loved ones if they trust God and their promises. So look above; a beautiful year of rest is coming.

Questions to ponder: Can you see the rest of the Lord coming at you? How can you help others go into this real rest?

Friend, I hope Day two of 14-day immersing in God’s word blessed you. If this post blessed you, share it with someone today, leave a comment; I’ll be pleased with your word of encouragement. Be with me for 12 more days.

Remeber, God is alwasy with you.

Day one – God hears you

In the book of first Samuel, we read a remarkable story of a broken woman named Hannah. Hannah was the wife of Elkanah. Elkanah had two wives , One with Children, another one without Children.

I don’t imagine how hard it would be for Hannah, hearing mocking words from another wife of Elkanah and telling him that she can’t carry your heirs, she is not your favourites one, I am, because I gave birth child for you. Hannah was tired of those words, but she didn’t stop praying and pleading with God for a son. Years after years, Hanna was going to the temple of the Lord, pouring out her heart to Him. Can you imagine? You pray and pray nothing happens? I suppose many of us been there and know how hard it would be not to hear from God. The Bible captured the last answered prayer of her for us :

And she made this vow: “O Lord of Heaven’s Armies, if you will look upon my sorrow and answer my prayer and give me a son, then I will give him back to you. He will be yours for his entire lifetime, and as a sign that he has been dedicated to the Lord, his hair will never be cut.”1 Samuel 1:11 NLT

Day one – God hears you [hh-high.com]

Those words were so powerful and known for Hannah. He was praying day and night. The point is here we ask God so many things but not to return to Him; we want to keep them eventually. But, if we reread Hannah’s prayer. She prayed, “I will give him back to you“. Are we willing to give back to God what’s belong to Him? By asking these questions, we reach the point that God hears our prayer. God indeed hears our prayer. Hannah gave his vow that she will dedicate her unseen-yet son to the Lord. You keep trusting and praying that seems for others meaningless. The priest of temple, Eli told Hanna ” throw away your wine”. Could you give them the reason for your belief? Tell them ” don’t think I am a wicked person, for I have been praying out of great anguish and sorrow.”

the Lord remembered her plea”

He will remember our plea in due time.

” in due time she gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel, for she said, “I asked the Lord for him.” 1 Samuel 1:16‭, ‬20 NLT

Ask the Lord for your needs; ask the Almighty one who can grant your request in no time. Your needs are not old in the eyes of Him, they might look like unanswered ones, but God answers them in due time one by one. God hears even we think He doesn’t.

Hannah said :

“I asked the Lord to give me this boy, and he has granted my request.”
1 Samuel 1:27 NLT

In other words, the Bible tells us, Hannah asked and received; you give it a try!He hears us.

Now, we received the promise, it is time to give Him back, Our praise and worship to Him:

Now I am giving him to the Lord, and he will belong to the Lord his whole life.” And they worshipped the Lord there.”1 Samuel 1:28 NLT

What do you need to ask God again? Keep asking, don’t give up. He hears you.

Take Courage

Unfortunately, the world going in the wrong way. As time goes pass by, we see this is a reality. I am not here to tell us how worse things are but to remind us how beautiful things can be. Indeed, things change, human change, their preferences changes, their style of life changes, group changes, everything around us are gradually changing. In all changes in and around us, I think God gave us a mission to be the agent of courage. An agent of courage must be patient as God himself is unchangeable.
Saint James said, “Take courage, for the coming of the Lord is near.” In this circle of change, God whispering, “Do not worry, take courage, I do NOT change “. Courage means to preserve and withstand danger, fear or difficulty, as Merriam Webster defined. If you are under threat, take courage; if you are in fear, take courage; if you are in the wave of difficulty, take courage. The medal of bravery sealed in your heart, not around your neck.

Real Courage

If you are in the middle of the desert of your life, please take courage – the darkness won’t stay forever. We all were there, some less- some more. Don’t let anyone look you down. They are not into your story, and they do not know- please forgive them and let the river of your heavenly Creator flow through you that they may know who you trust in your heart. Courage means saving yours from the battle of the enemy by trusting Jesus. Some thinking, courage means you need to save thousands of people. Or you have to keep a nation or country, although all other great things – are perfect. Real courage means to call upon the name of the Lord in the middle of difficulty. Of course, King David was brave to go to fight with Goliath. He was couraged to trust God – that the Lord of all armies will assist you on this. Sow courage in your heart and come to the table of the Lord. This heavenly food you need for your life, here and above.
“Be of good courage, and let us be courageous for our people, and for the cities of our God, and may the Lord do what seems good to him.”/2 Samuel 10:12

Can you be of good courage? Not only for yours also for the people, for the cities. The Lord is the source of all good courage.

Friend, I love to hear from you; I also need your encouragement; tell me if my writing is blessing you.

Jesus got these, Can You?

I have always dreamt of being the one God called me to be. But, you know we are human, we make mistakes and thank God we got the throne of God to go for, and we can confess at the feet of Jesus. I am asking God a new strength, a new powerful strength all over us, which in the time of weakness we can rise and stand firm. Sometimes we caught up in our daily routine, Work-Home-Church. God who created us knows everything about us. He knows the details of our lives. I am amazed, and our God does not stick in our daily routine. He sees us farther.
We call him day by day and week by week- He is ready to give us a fresh wind from heaven. Jesus was getting this fresh wind every day by going to Father’s presence and pray. I think we can do the same and even more. We can go to Father’s presence and ask Him for mercy.

Whatever reason people are fighting for is not worth the future God provided. There must be a reason God breathed into us and made us like Himself. The painter knew how is going to draw the paint. Jesus knew; that is why he said, ” Remain in me, and I remain in you.” our ultimate goal is to remain in Him, not remain in the world. The problem of humanity is this; they want to remain in this world forever instead of remain in God. And the answer to all our questions, all our doubts and unbelief will be found by remaining in Him. Whatever you wish, whatever you ask, whatever you want, whatever you look for, indeed will be given to you – if you remain in Him. Jesus got this. He remained in Father’s love and business. That is the area most of us are blind to it. Merely, we ignore it – because we scare of unseen things.
We can get started with an elementary baby step: loving ourselves and appreciate God for our being. If you can do this simple task, then you begin to grow, you’ll ask the question, I have loved myself, now how do I love others? How do I eat solid food now? , you can end your baby steps by loving others without expectations.
I think it is enough for now; I hope the above made sense to you. I summarised for us :
1- Remain in God
2- Love yours
3- Love Others
Jesus Got these, Can You?

10 Promises We need to gift to Ourselves

1- Promise to be Brave

God wants you to be brave. So take the first step of faith and let your fear disappear in a sudden time. You can be bold, and you can be substantial; who said you could not? Just hold it firm, the journey may be shaky a bit, but you can walk through it happier than before. The Bible says, ” You take courage.” It did not tell you to take fear; no, you made to be brave.

2- Promise to do Right

You are not only trying to do right – but it is your human obligation to do right. So we do the right thing when we are at work, and we do right when we are with the family at home, we do right when we are everywhere. We called to do right, not to be right only. Being right is far away from doing right. So don’t worry about others – you do right, and the rest will be in place for you.

3- Promise to follow Jesus, no matter what.

The innermost promise to yourself. No matter what you feel, No matter where you would be and no matter what season of life you are iP – We will follow Jesus. So, Keeping God first and most – is the most top priority of our life. So it would be for every Christ-follower; they don’t follow the world and its desire, but Jesus- He is the centre of everything we do and have. The world we live in may not understand this fully, but we have the Holy Spirit to lead us through all days. Can you keep the promise in your heart?

4- Promise not to Give up

Never give up; life is hard and harsh – and that is a reality. There are loads of encouragement videos and podcasts, and books out there to lift your spirit. Don’t give up on your dreams. One day all your beautiful dreams will come true- If they desired for a good and loving way – God will open the doors for you. It may seem like nothing happening, but you do push and try again. No pain, no gain. Don’t dare give up on your faith, Don’t dare give up on God. It is time to hear him directly – it is enough to hear from this and that person; Go to him and listen to what God says to you. Can you be a person of consistency?

5- Promise not to cease Praying

Pray, Pray and Pray – Even no answer appears. But, prayer can unlock some fantastic doors in your life. So, keep the prayer first of things, not last. The God who created you love to hear from you. He is so humble to listen to our little praying. He answers all your prayer in cry and laughter. So, go to your room, Go to the park, go for a walk, on the way in your heart, wherever you are, pray and see how God opens the door for you? Can you promise to yourself say a few words each day to God?

6- Promise to be Active (physically and spiritually )

It is time to be involved; keeping yourself moving is excellent for your physical well-being and helps unwind your mind. Spiritually activities are praying, reading the Bible, going to church, fellowship with other believers. Train your physical and spiritual muscles by practising.

7- Promise to be thankful/grateful which what I have and what I don’t.

Let it be always in our lips and heart- ” I am thankful”, ” I am grateful”. You do not need to do or be someone or somewhere to give thanks; you can give thanks right now; it does not matter which family you grew or growing – God put you there for a reason, Thank him, be grateful for your situation in your life. I know you hear it a lot, but honestly, He has a good plan for you. Thank God.

8- Promise to keep Faith Hope and Love

All comes together now, most importantly, Love. So keep these three in harmony. Have faith, keep Hope and love more. Faith to who? God saved you, that God is for you and sent his Son, Jesus, to rescue you. So keep Hope; what? Keep Hope that a great future is ahead of you and behind, that Jesus will return, that you have eternity with Him. Love more to who?

Everyone: Love friend and enemy, Love all, Love God.

9- Promise to keep improving/learn/grow and upskill in all area of my life

Does any course out there to help me? Could you do it? Does any skill you need to learn? Please do it. Do something to improve – what didn’t you know last year but you can learn this year? Always push forward; I know we can do it to a greater degree.

10- Promise to Love God with all my heart, soul and mind and love my neighbour as myself

Although Love came in the promise eight lists, Love God with all my heart, soul and mind keeps all other promises in balance. Do your best to return to God if any mistake happened. Do your best to love Him. Do your best to draw Him close to you. Not on the surface only – but with all your loving God. One of the most important promises you can gift to yourself and find out what pleases God and do it.

I will be with You

God is always with you.

He said, ” as I was with Moses, I will be with You “.

👉When God is with you there are three areas to remind yourselves

🙌And God is not limited to a location.

It means wherever we are located here on earth; He is there, He is omnipotent. So, do not worry about your location. God got you cover on this for sure. He knew the place you have been born. Even better, he knew you before you opened your little eyes to this world. God does not need to steal your identity. Because He is your identity. You have made in His image. The location is an artificial word to know where we are and where we go; the world is not our permanent home.

🙌God is not limited in time.

Not only that, He is God of all times. He is not isolated in time or limited in a time zone. The time is for us because we are human. We need time to discipline the place we live in. He created the time too. To make the world and everything in it a better place to live for us. But he is not limited to it. He is with you at all times. You are in the right time slot. Don’t worry; God is with you, don’t say I am a lost generation or come at the wrong time on earth, not at all. You are in the right place, with the right people and at the right time. So, be glad and enjoy your moments in this realm. Till you see, yourself in His heavenly arms.

🙌God is not shorthanded

He will never be. His mighty hands are not short to help you. He can pull you out, less than a blink of an eye. He got the golden key; He can open any door for you. The Holy Spirit abides in you. He didn’t come to leave; He came to remain. Keep believing and trust that the Cross of Jesus has saved you. God is not powerless; He is the source of power that will never be ended.

We may forget Him, but He will never forsake us.

Can you remind yourselves of the tangible presence of God in your life?

to Him, to Him, I Surrender All / A Poem

Let God take me to his loving arms.
Like a child sleeping on his mother’s chests.
Let his presence change my inner soul. I’ll be like David, dancing on my own.
To him, to him, I surrender my soul.

Let His wonder take over my life. I’ll accept that.
I’ll be like Mary, praising him on my own.

I love him more. From far, I’ll be running in awe.
To him, to him, I surrender my soul.

Father’s love, keep me close, your passion made my way, as Moses choose me to lead.
Choose me to love.
Choose me to faith.
I look above as Abraham recording the stars.
To him, to him, I surrender my soul.
To Jesus, to Jesus, I surrender my all.

Beautiful nature at Buddero National Park

Here some are beautiful nature photos from Buddero national park. The interesting thing about nature is they continue to proclaim the beauty of God. As some are hurting the planet, other people of all tribe and nation are admiring the voiceless sound of trees, rivers and mountains. God is hovering over all. The Bible says, “Day after day they continue to speak; night after night they make him known.” (Psalms 19:2 NLT)
How come they continue to speak and praise Him with a voiceless sound? How come we don’t honour and proclaim His Name? They make Him known. Heaven and earth all belong to Him only. Let’s see his magnificence and make Him known. Are you with me in this? Thank God for this. With all our weaknesses, we can see and enjoy his handwork.

Powerful words in the Bible.
The words in the Bible are life-changing. They are mostly simple but breathed with the oneness of God.
During your lifetime, you are encountering heaps of words. Negative and positive, short and long, significant and insignificant.

Identity

If you live in an apartment in a busy town – and look down from the balcony of your unit, you see people are walking into each other and hurrying to do something.

I am interested to see what will happen in the next 50 years from now. Our life is changing dramatically. Artifactual intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things(IoT) will be ordinary, and Electric cars are already hitting the markets. The machines are taking over human tasks. Those are exciting news for most of us. With all these new technologies, we are still struggling with our IDENTITY.

If I give a blank page and tell you, please draw’ the identity’ for me; what will you draw?

The oxford definition of Identity is “The fact of being who or what a person or thing is”

The Bible definition of Identity is “We are made in the image of God “, As I brought to you in my previous post. God breathed His life into us – then the simple meaning of who we are will articulate in who HE IS. So, Our core being is not defined by the things or affected outwardly. We may see it on the surface, but heaven’s connection shapes our inner status. That is why so many of the new younger generation are struggling to find themselves, and they look outside, look and love to be seen, desiring to have always new and shiny things. There is nothing shady to have a big dream.

We see Identity as not something that recently comes up like a mushroom; we had this issue in Jesus’ time. There was a man called Matthew whose job was collecting tax for the government. He had access to the treasure and money; perhaps He knew the meaning of having a lot of money and sometimes unfairly collecting tax more than expected. In between, He heard Jesus came into his town, and it was the best time for him to look the life from a different angle. Matthew, A short guy, went above a tree with his expensive outfit to find his Identity. He did not care this time. Perhaps there is a Man in the town, can answer all his questions. Although Jesus, ‘the master of freeing people’, was there to bring his Identity back. Jesus’ presence was enough for Matthew to enlighten his heart. Matthew brought back Home. Then, he suddenly realised and asked this question of himself; ‘What I have been doing whole my life? Money!!! I give back four times more for those I unfairly treat them.’

Our Identity is not in the things. No, even, it is not in another person. Nothing wrong with having the stuff of life; the question comes with loving the things. Our Identity is in Galatians 5: 22

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

Heaven is our Identity.

Lose your life to Jesus, and you’ll find your Identity. Lose your life to Him means to be in connection with Him. Means walk in his way, coming back to Him, even we may make a mistake – but coming back to him with a repentant heart. Where do we find our Identity? At Jesus’ feet!

Comment – what’s your definition of Identity.

One Day

I recently started to read more books about the Holy Spirit. I bought a book by Reinhard Bonnke called ‘ Are We Flammable or Fireproof? ‘. I borrowed a book from our local library written by Rick Warren to company my devotion times. In my ups and downs walk in God, Still, I have zero knowledge of Him. I reached this point, that, I need more of God. I need more Bible verses to be injected into my veins. I need more Jesus-Words to change my perspective and give me a good sound-minding decision. As Bonnke said ” The power of the Holy Spirit does not come as a reward. ” God’s gifts are many, and the gift of the Holy Spirit is one of the special One.

Where would I be, when God calls me? Am I in waving circumstances of this life? Or busying myself with the things of this world? I learned that time with God is an essential walk in the spiritual journey, be emptied of this world – be filled with heaven’s Spirit. Returning to Him, Confession and obedience all are part of the journey again and again! God knows we are human. He knows we are not perfect! That is the reason He sent the Perfecter. He knows we can not walk and continue the journey of life without living water. That is the reason he made available the living water to us.

The war, the injustice, the fight, the sin, the bad stuff – all It will vanish one day. One day He comes with His Throne. His chosen Ones will be with Him forever. His rich wisdom removes all the doubts. He makes it all white and shiny. One day you can see the Living-Water with your own eyes. Oh, How He loves us. One Day all our pains and sorrows will be replaced with His glorious presence, and space will be filled with the spring white flower.

Who said, we are not belonging to heaven?  Who said, we are not loved by Jesus? Who said, we are not Jesus lovers?

We are God’s chosen people. In the weakest time, we boast and in the poorest time, we are rich. It does not matter how many doors closed. It does not matter if everything seems falling apart. It does not if we need this and that. It does not matter if this and that is late. It does not – All the matter is CHRIST. Who can changes us/things in the blink of eyes! What it matters is – to worship him, to near Him, Be with Him. Then our Souls will fly – Indeed freed. One Day we will touch this truth. One Day is coming.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit

Autumn, Glory , Life

We are in the middle of Autumn in Australia. As the deadly covid-19 virus still claiming the lives of people around the world. By now , most people found a way to deal with it. Some are taken the vaccine, some are waiting to take the vaccine, some are escaped to the rural areas, some other staying away from the city centres. And sadly others are mourning still.

It seems , the life styles are getting shape , like a clay under hand of a potter. Still , most of them , carrying the  luggage around from the past to present ,hurting themselves and others. The smells of cold winter days are ahead and still we are not ready for it.

One thing that life can teach you is to be patient, it is ‘when’ and ‘How’ to apply , it’s important.

We almost listen to everything,  looking to anything , going to everywhere we can , travel as far as we are able , altogether we forgot listen and look to whom created us to be. Being wise means have a secret life with your creator. Sometimes a prayer can change You, your inward life can hear and respond with a Joy outwardly.  Let’s get rid of all luggage. Let’s look to our Jesus. In our workplaces, in our homes , in our interaction with one another. Like a train moving to its destination , let us move to our destination. I know we can do that, something in you is stronger than anything out there. Keep your energy focused to the finish line with endurance. So , practice your Faith , Practice your love , practice your hope. Rick Warren well said ” Living for God’s glory is the greatest achievement we can accomplish with our lives.”

A glory full of grace and truth. Because He is God. He is Worthy of all. You have a purpose in Him , the sweetest thing in life isn’t about how Great we are , nor how rich we are? It is about glorifying him in the way we think , glorifying him in the way we feel and glorifying in the way we act. So , it is not about tomorrow , it about your ‘Now’!  Be in the season , use the talent God given you to be more like His Nature. It is Autumn here , the yellow leafs are dancing for a brighter days ahead.

Comment how is your season going? What does Glory mean to you? How can you bring glory to God in your life?

Peace and Love
