There are interesting stories in the Bible. If you read the bible, from Genesis to revelation you know what I am talking about. But there is one, which is very popular and mostly everyone knows is the Prodigal ( or the Lost) Son. A stroy that facinates me always, people interpreted this story in many ways, I juat want you to read Luke 15: 11-31 here.
It seems all the younger children are the favorites, as we can see the younger King David, and the younger Jacob… in Luke 15 also there is a younger brother who spent all his inheritance money, wasted for nothing.
The youngest brother – broke his Father’s heart and left his childhood home with all his memories to pursue whatever is on his mind. We do this, we sometimes leave our Father’s safe house and left to pursue the world’s desire in our hearts. We think out there, the shiny and beautiful things are worth to left all our true belonging behind. We need a shock, a shock that wakes us up, that is truly the meaning of our being! But the time will come as it came for the youngest child who was hurt and found out why the situation could be better if he back to his father’s house.
When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired hands have more than enough food, but I’m starving to death!
Luke 15:17 CEB
I come home this Christmas.
We don’t need to starve to death to realise and back to our senses. We can go home now! His arms are open wide. His eyes are on the road. Can it be for us? It could happen if we just turn and surrender all to Him. God does not push us, He gently waits for us to return to Himself.
It is the time! I have decided, I go to my Father’s house.
Let’s pray: God, I need you this Christmas, I come to you with all my pain and sorrows, I surrender my everything to you. I may not be ready, But, I am here- I came to. my senses. I know, You have a place for me. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.
You are not alone this Christmas. GOD is with you, He is with you, my friend. His name is Immanuel, God with us.

Hi David, brother. Amen. I am so grateful for your kind encouraging comment. Thanks so much, this helps me to keep blogging. Your comment means a lot. God bless you. I pray each time God speaks to me that I can bring something meaningful to my readers here. Although, asking God to help us all in 2023.
Hope you are well with the cold season in the US. The summer days are a bit strange here in Sydney. We haven’t felt an Aussie hot summer day yet. I guess climate change hit us too!!! However, here is windy, a bit chill, and some days sunny. I know! Shortest day for you guys and the longest day for us as the days are getting longer which is my favorite.
I ask you to continue to pray for us as we are going to the year 2023. Receiving a fresh perspective and the river of heavenly divine and wisdom pour on us.
