- Get enough sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
- Wake up at the same time every day: Try to wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends.
- Drink water: Drinking water first thing in the morning can help you feel more awake and refreshed.
- Exercise: Even a short workout can help you feel more energized in the morning.
- Eat breakfast: Eating a healthy breakfast can help you feel more alert and focused throughout the day.
- Take a cold shower: Taking a cold shower in the morning can help you feel more awake and alert.
- Get some sunlight: Exposure to sunlight can help regulate your body’s internal clock and improve your mood.
To be honest, exercising in the morning is not a thing for me. And drinking water after I wake up almost forgotten. What about this one; taking a cold shower !!!
But most the tips above are pretty good ones. Which one of the above you are doing it? Or which you believe it does work for you?

Getting good sleep is important to me although I do not always get to bed early enough. They say the best sleep is from 10 pm to 2 am. I also like to get sunlight which is hard to get in our dark winters but easy with our midnight sun in the summer.

Good point, 10 pm to 2 am.
I usually go late to bed, unfortunately, not a good habit. Oh, you need more sun 🔆 there.

Over the whole year, we get more sun but winter is pretty dark. It is getting close to 24 hours of daylight, which I love.

Good advice but no cold showers for me in the morning or any other time!
Sunlight is vital. I always get as much as possible as it’s free vitamin D and it’s the best sterilizer out there. I like to air-dry clothing whenever I can.

Thanks, Dariush. I get about 7 hours sleep which is good enough! I admire people that can take cold showers and I believe they would wake you up real fast! 🙂

The list above is gathered by me, definitely not all of them in my list. But most of them are “trying ” to be haha. People are doing all in all.

I’m not a good sleeper, but working on it. I drink water in the morning, .Eat a good breakfast, and love the sun, so that’s a plus. I do two short walks daily, if not in the morning.
