When life is good, enjoy , when life is hard, trust

When life is good, enjoy it. But when life is hard, remember that God gives us good times and hard times. And no one knows what will happen in the future.
Ecclesiastes 7:14 ERV

We all remember good times, very well! We ponder and go through the photos and memories. Perhaps we keep it recorded in a part of the brain that can be easily recalled. There is no doubt, that is a natural act of our brain and eventually our life. Perhaps we aim to be joyful people. Having a positive attitude will change the quality of our life. In the above verses of the Bible, King Solomon, the wisest king of his time gives us a great perception of good and bad times.

What do we do in bad times? It all depends on our character. Some shelter, some go to caves, some react, and many others stand still. King Solomon says both good and ugly times of life are in the purpose of God’s plan, let not anything put you down, the one who is the way is in control. Anything and everything under the sun is in God’s hands. But, truly God is light.

All of us have some life experience, we have seen good times, and we have seen bad times. And the interesting thing here, is we haven’t died, we are still alive, alive well to remember. When we look back, we sometimes see an incomplete person. Or for some of us a complete human! Whatever the scenario is, we know they passed, they are no more our future.

So we grab the advice of King Solomon. We enjoy the good times! Enjoy well to remember. We accept the hard times which they are part of our life journey.
