His love for me remains steadfast, even though I may not deserve it. Sometimes, I find myself acting foolishly, wearing the cloth of dust. Down on earth, I struggled to grasp the complete image of God’s presence in my life. Despite the challenges, my broken journey of life will ultimately have a happy ending. In my heart, I know and believe that God is guiding me home, where my true Home awaits in heaven.
Friday to resurrection Sunday and beyond, I felt forgiveness, love, peace, and hope.
The story of Good Friday revolves around Jesus sacrificing himself on the Cross, symbolising his love and forgiveness for all of us. In His blood, there is a profound sense of wholeness that can purify all my uncertainties. Satan mistakenly believed that he had defeated Jesus through His death. Yet, on the third day, it became clear that Jesus had triumphed over death, leaving an eternal mark of victory. The resurrection Sunday of Jesus displays He is with us during our brokenness.
Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday: where victory’s tale unfolds.
So, what can I possibly say to describe it? I’m thankful to him for going above and beyond to do it for me. All my imperfections, uncertainties, and lack of clarity are nailed to the cross. Walk by my side, and allow me to paint a vivid picture of love through the words I share. You know, Jesus’ love lasts through all generations.
I am uncertain about what the future will bring. Nevertheless, I am convinced that Jesus is the rightful owner. I have confidence that he is in control of everything. I am currently observing and acknowledging the kindness he brings into my life. Eventually, all things, whether they are ugly or beautiful, will bow down to Him, and my aspiration is to walk beside Him in a sacred place one day.
Can you just take a moment and think about what I said above? Time to hang out with Jesus, maybe? Who’s better than Him?
